Exercising the Right of Access to Information
Any person, duly identified, may exercise their right of access to public information (article 105.(b) of the Spanish Constitution, law 19/2013 of 9 December BOE no. 295, of 10 December 2013 and law 12/2014, of 26 December, on transparency and access to public information of the autonomous community of the Canary Islands). Public information is understood to be the contents or documents, whatever their medium or format, which are in the possession of the administration of this company and which have been drawn up or acquired in the exercise of its functions.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO INFORMATION To exercise this right, you can start the procedure by filling in the application form at the administration offices of this company, at Avda. de la Constitución 10, 35140 Mogán.
