The use of rotation fertilisers is subject to the following conditions:
The subscriber will have a personal card, notifying the Company immediately in case of loss or damage. Each subscriber will be entitled to the first card free of charge. From the 2nd card onwards, the amount of €6.00 will be charged for the replacement and management of the card.
The season ticket does not give priority entry to the car park if there are other vehicles waiting in front of the car park.
If the subscriber does not present their card at the time of using the car park, they will have to pay for the car park at the normal rate in force, without the right to a refund at a later date. This also applies if the subscriber enters the car park with a ticket and presents his card when leaving the car park.
Subscriptions do not imply the reservation of a parking space. You will be able to park in any available space on the floor reserved for season ticket holders (floor -2) when you enter the car park.
Subscribers shall place their vehicles in a single parking space, where no repairs or washing may be carried out on the vehicles without the express consent of GESTMOGÁN.
Subscriptions are contracted for calendar months that cannot be split from 1 to 30/31, so that regardless of the start or end date of use, the full month will be paid for, with no prorations.
The day pass has a maximum authorised stay of 14 hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., counting from the first entry, regardless of the number of subsequent exits or accesses.
The night season ticket is contracted from Monday to Sunday, from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 8:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays it will be open 24 hours a day.
Any overrun of the schedules must be paid for at the current rotation rate.
Subscription renewals will be made at the ATM, except in the case of voluntary cancellation, which must be communicated by the subscriber in writing to parkingdearguineguin@gestmogan.com before the 25th day of the month prior to the cancellation. The subscriber has 5 days before the expiry date of the subscription to renew the subscription at the ATM. In the event that the subscriber requests cancellation or does not renew in time, GESTMOGAN does not guarantee subsequent registration.
The use of the car park implies the acceptance of each and every one of the above conditions.
In the event of improper use of the season ticket, without the prior consent of GESTMOGAN, the car park may withdraw the card without the right to a refund or reimbursement of the amount paid.

DATA PROTECTION
Data controller: Mogán Gestion Municipal, S.L. ("GESTMOGAN"), with C.I.F. B35123456 and registered office at Avenida de la Contitución, 14. 35140, Mogán.
Purpose: Your data is processed for the purpose of facilitating parking in the Arguineguin car park through the planning and operation of car parks and to update the GESTMOGAN database in order to improve notification data.
Exercise of rights/+ INFOR: The regulations recognise different rights, such as the right of access to your data; the right to erasure; the right to rectification; the right to limitation of processing or the right to opposition; among others. You can exercise your recognised rights by sending an e-mail to dpd@gestmogan.com. You may also submit any claims you consider appropriate to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
